About JustSubly

JustSubly is a wellness and habit app for subliminals and affirmations. You can listen to and upload audio, build playlists, track your listening time and streaks, and connect with accountability buddies and circles. By creating an account or using JustSubly, you agree to these Terms. JustSubly is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Eligibility

JustSubly is for people aged 13 and over. It is not for children under 13. If you are under 18, you may use JustSubly only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for giving accurate account information and for keeping your account secure.

Community conduct

JustSubly includes social features such as posts, comments, messages, buddies, and circles. You agree not to harass or bully others, post hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit content, sexualise or endanger minors, impersonate anyone, spam, or misuse safety and reporting tools. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Moderation and enforcement

To keep the community safe, content is screened by automated moderation, including keyword filters and artificial intelligence moderation, and may be reviewed by our team. We may remove or hide content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests, with or without notice where appropriate. You can report content or users in the app, and you can contact us if you believe we acted in error.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant JustSubly a limited licence to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service for you. You must only upload audio and other content that you own or have the right to use, and you are responsible for making sure you have those rights.

YouTube content

Search and playback features use YouTube API Services. When you use them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos remain hosted on YouTube and are subject to Google's terms and policies. JustSubly does not download or store YouTube media.

Subscriptions

JustSubly Pro is an auto renewing subscription. It starts with a 7 day free trial, then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the App Store and RevenueCat policies. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

JustSubly is an audio and habit app for personal growth. It does not provide medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not promise any specific result. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or someone you trust.

Disclaimers and liability

JustSubly is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or put the community at risk.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as JustSubly grows, and we will update the date above when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
